Effective July 26, 2026
Plain English, short sections, no traps. This is the agreement between you and Podium Chaser when you use podiumchaser.ai and the Podium Chaser app. Using the service means you accept it.
Podium Chaser gives you fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice. Talk to a physician before starting any endurance training program. Details in section 2.
Podium Chaser generates triathlon training plans and nutrition guidance using AI and statistics computed from publicly available race results. You tell us about yourself and your race; we build a periodized plan, daily fueling targets, an hour-by-hour race-day nutrition plan, and an AI coach that explains its decisions.
“Podium Chaser”, “we” and “us” means the operator of podiumchaser.ai. “You” means the athlete holding the account.
Everything in the app — training structure, pacing, carbs per hour, sodium targets, meal ideas, coach answers — is fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice. The coach is an AI, not a doctor, and nothing in the app diagnoses, treats, or prevents any condition.
Consult a physician before starting this or any endurance training program — especially if you have a heart or other medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are returning from injury or illness, or have been inactive. If something feels wrong during training — chest pain, fainting, signs of heat illness — stop and get medical help.
Triathlon is hard on the body. Training and racing carry inherent risks: injury, overtraining, dehydration, heat illness, open-water hazards, crashes and, rarely, death. Those risks exist with or without a plan, and by using Podium Chaser you accept them.
You are always the final judge of what your body can do on a given day. A plan is a recommendation; you decide whether to follow it, and you are responsible for listening to your body and stopping when something is wrong.
Give us accurate information — the plan is only as good as the numbers you feed it. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and don’t share your account. You must be 16 or older. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account; if you think someone else got in, email support@podiumchaser.ai right away.
Podium Chaser Pro is a paid subscription: currently $29/month or $199/year (Founding Chaser). The price you see at checkout is the price. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime via Manage Billing in the app or by emailing support@podiumchaser.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep access until then, and we don’t charge you again.
If your plan starts with a free trial, billing begins when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. If prices change for your plan, we’ll tell you first and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Your first purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Not for you? Email support@podiumchaser.ai within 14 days of your first charge and we’ll refund it in full. No forms, no hoops.
Renewal charges aren’t refundable — which is one more reason cancelling is simple and takes effect at period end.
Don’t abuse the service. Specifically, don’t:
The app, its design, the plan engine, the benchmarks and the content we wrote belong to us or our licensors. Don’t copy or resell them.
Your training data is yours — your profile, race history, logs and everything you enter. You give us permission to process it to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Delete your account and that permission ends.
Podium Chaser is provided “as is”. We work hard to get the data right, but we can’t promise the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any plan will deliver a finish, a PR or a podium. The coach is an AI: well-informed, and still capable of being wrong — sanity-check anything that seems off. Benchmarks are statistics about other people’s races, not predictions about yours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or missed races; and our total liability for any claim connected to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You can stop using Podium Chaser and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or create risk for us or other users. If we terminate your account without cause while you have paid time remaining, we’ll refund the unused portion.
We’ll update these terms as the product evolves. If a change meaningfully affects your rights, we’ll email you or show a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. The current version always lives at podiumchaser.ai/terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
