Effective July 26, 2026
Podium Chaser only works if you tell it real things about your body and your training. That’s sensitive, and we treat it that way. This page is the whole picture: what we collect, what we do with it, who processes it, and how to delete it. No legalese walls.
Your account. Your email address, your name if you give it, and your sign-in credentials.
Your athlete profile. What you enter during calibration and coaching: age, gender, weight, height, weekly training hours, race history and results, goal race and times, injuries, GI sensitivities, sweat and sodium data, diet patterns and typical meals.
Some of that is health-adjacent. It isn’t a formal medical record, but we handle it like one: collected only to coach you, shared only with the processors listed below, never sold, deleted when you ask.
Usage. Basic product analytics — pages viewed, features used — via Vercel Analytics. Aggregate product data, not advertising profiles.
That’s the list. There is no advertising use.
The coach and meal suggestions run on Claude, an AI model built by Anthropic. When you use them, the relevant parts of your profile and conversation are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate the response.
We do not use your data to train AI models. Anthropic processes it under its commercial API terms, which do not permit training its models on that data.
Stripe handles all payments. Your card number never touches our servers — it goes directly to Stripe. We see your subscription status, what you paid, and the card’s last four digits. Enough to run billing, nothing more.
Five companies help us run the service. Each gets only what its job requires:
We share personal data with no one else, unless the law requires it.
One session cookie, so you stay signed in. No advertising trackers, no third-party ad cookies, no cross-site anything. That’s the entire cookie policy.
We keep your data while your account is active, so the coach knows your history. Want out? Email support@podiumchaser.ai from your account email and we’ll delete your account and personal data — typically within 30 days — except records we’re legally required to keep, like payment records held at Stripe.
We do not sell personal data. Never have, never will. We also don’t “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising — the sneaky cousin of selling.
Podium Chaser is for athletes 16 and older. If we learn we’ve collected data from someone younger, we’ll delete it.
Wherever you live, you get the same set:
Email support@podiumchaser.ai and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU, UK or California, these map to your GDPR and CCPA rights, and you can also complain to your local regulator — though emailing us first is usually faster.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect. The current version always lives at podiumchaser.ai/privacy.
Privacy questions, deletion requests, anything else: support@podiumchaser.ai. A human reads it.
